The title and subtitle of the card say:
Our Alsace
The Trois-Épis (Haut-Rhin) pilgrimage, near Colmar
I don’t know this village nor its pilgrimage, but if the title says “Our Alsace” (and not just “Alsace”) it’s because it’s a clear reference to the fact that Alsace had become German between 1871 and 1918. I’m not sure of the date of that card, but either it’s a reminder (borderline propaganda) that Alsace should be French and not German if it’s anterior to 1918 (I believe it is) or on the contrary, a sign that shows that Alsace is French again if the postcard was printed after 1918.
