The place is called Cap de l’Homy, it’s located in the Landes department, in the French South West.

And no, while the picture dates from last┬áDecember, I was not in France then, my parents just stopped by and sent me this picture (in order to make me nostalgic? if that’s the case they succeeded)

    Thanks for linking to your previous post about this gorgeous beach! I may have to make a visit. I grew up in southern California, never more than an hour’s drive from the beach. Sometimes I just feel as if I need to walk on the sand and hear the waves. Although I’ve been to the Mediterranean twice, it’s just not the same!

      You’re very welcome.
      Yeah, I’ve never been a bog fan of the Mediterranean (at least not the French part).
      That beach is simply amazing in my opinion, and not being able to regularly for the past few years and even more so in the future is one of the biggest sacrifices I had to make in recent memory I think.
